The company is a scam. Please don't fall for it like I did.
The company is a scam. As far as I can tell, they have very little care for customers and are happy to send out damaged and incomplete items then make it difficult to resolve, even going so far as to completely ignore customers.

Company accepted my order. 1 week later I'd heard nothing from them about dispatch. I contacted them to be told that the item wasn't in stock and that they had no real idea when it would be. I requested a refund and received no response but did
