Reviews.io is just a blatant copycat of TrustPilot now: right down to the unethical practice of letting paying companies remove negative reviews for vague/illogical/shady reasons.
Back when Reviews.io was Reviews.co.uk, I posted an honest,
negative review about the company, D3Boost. The team behind the company at the time saw the reasoning and truth in my evidence of D3Boost's immorality, and published my bad review. Then, in July 2021, the company removed my bad review — very likely because D3Boost had "claimed" (i.e. paid to own) their company profile, and finally had the financial leverage to make Reviews.io censor my bad review.<br />

Note to anyone who is unfamiliar with the world of online reviews: Review platforms earn money from companies that "claim" their profiles on said platforms, not the reviewers like you and me. If you see overwhelmingly or only positive reviews of some company on these review platforms, you should be suspicious; and perhaps you may want to dig deeper around the Internet to uncover some hidden dirt on said company.
