I’ve got one of the worst experiences with this company. First of all, the way their website is created will not give you the option to track your order or your order history on their website. Above all of this, there is no contact telephone
number in case you need to discuss a concern or to ask for advice. They have an email where they will reply when is convenient for them, so be ready to wait for days if not for weeks. I was not really happy with them, so I decided to close my account. When the last order arrived on 12th Dec 2022, I have decided to return all items and I send them back next day (13th Dec 2022) via Evri (is the courier they are working with). On 11th January after a month since I made the return, they charged my card with £174.99 for some items they say I did keep. It’s very weird that my parcel arrived a month later to their depo. It’s a courier, not Royal Mail with all their strikes. I have sent a few messages on their platform and on the email provided by them explaining that I haven’t kept any item. Instead to investigate and see where the problem is they have charged my card despite I declined originally the payment. Now they can’t be bothered to reply and try to sort this problem out despite I offered them time to contact me and try to find a solution. However, very unprofessional manner of dealing with your issue and I’m feeling robbed. Think twice before joining Lookiero.
