I placed an order on December 16. Broswear charged me three separate times for one order which I noticed immediately. That sane day, within an hour of placing my order I contacted their customer support and request that they cancel my entire order
and I no longer wanted to do business with them. They didn’t get back to me until five days later and that was only after I left a bad review for them on trust pilot they requested that I contact their customer support again to get my issue straightened out. I did what they requested and they still decided to go through with my order which I had canceled the same day I placed it and by any companies policy, if you want to cancel an order, they request that you do it within 24 hours. I followed that policy and they decided to steal my money anyway
