I tried activating my card online, and it kept showing 'system error' so I called the number on the card. The first person answered and hung up on me mid call. The second person was asking for my personal information- much more than should be needed
to activate a card, and claimed the card was 'compromised' so I should give them my address to receive another card. I asked what he meant by compromised and he said that there was a charge made. I explained that I had not been able to activate it so there wouldn't have been any charges, but he kept pressing for my exact address. Overall very sketchy, and workers were rude. I am still unable to use my card
