I wish I had one my research and read reviews before making a purchase. I paid $85 for a jigsaw puzzle with a custom photo for my mum's birthday. After no indication the jigsaw was being shipped from overseas or delayed due to COVID and continuous
fake shipping information and no follow up to any of my requests for an update, the product arrived over 5 weeks later than advised. The image quality (a landscape picture of our group at Bryce Canyon in the US) was of such poor quality that when pulled apart there is no way the puzzle could be completed as it was one big blurred colour and no definition between any of the objects in the picture- trees were grey- a man in our pictures shirt came out a washy shade of black instead of blue. After 5 months of follow up now, I get canned copy-paste responses from fake support people offering 40% refunds, no refund, 70% refund, and then some starting the query all over again and requesting I send photos (which I have now done multiple times). I've tried all avenues to get a resolution but it appears they are a faulty company and I don't ever think I'll get my money back. I will continue to post across as many social media channels as I can so no other customers experience the disappoint in not being able to visit family for a special birthday, but on top of that, having a gift delivered 5 weeks late and looking like it was made by a kindergarten kid. Buyer beware- don't waste your time with this scam of a company.
