I've ordered an item from Henaceforth on 9/1 with a promise of shipping time 5-7 business days. On 10/11 after more than a month of waiting, I've inquired about the status of the order and received an email from them that "the freight forwarder
confirms that your order is still in transit" and was given a tracking number that was showing that the items has not yet been received by the sender. After 3 more weeks of waiting, on 10/31 I asked them to cancel and refund my order in full. They sent me another tracking number that was showing the item is in transit. On 11/6 (more than 2 months from the order) the tracking number was saying "Not found" and "A tracking error has ocurred". I sent them a third and final email that I request the refund in full.
