Reportar uso incorreto de revisões

We have booked Rixos Premium at Doha via stayforlong[removed by editor]. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that there was no reservation at our name and that the hotel was fully booked so no room available. The manager of Rixos called
stayforlong with us but the only response we received was that there was indeed overbooking and that they could change our booking for Magnum Hotel and Suites Westbay. This is obviously not the same standing and type of the hotel. No compensation was offered at all for the mess they have organised. The customer service is disastrous and appart from saying "I understnd, I will send am email to another service" they did not do anything. Stay away from this website if you do not want to have a bad surprise. And even if errors may happen, the customer service should be proactive in resolving the issue which was definitely not the case.
