This is an updated review for this platform because I had deleted my first review after BIGCASH asked me to in an email. I guess they are afraid that people might actually find out just how much they really care about people. After being diagnosed
with astrocytoma, a neighbor suggested that we try BIGCASH to raise enough money to pay for my trip to San Francisco where I was scheduled to begin treatment for astrocytoma brain cancer. I quickly realized that it was a big mistake. After earning $35 using the site I cashed out and although it says that it paid me I never received my reward. So I left a bad review here on trust pilot[removed by editor]e to find out I had apparently used a different email to use big cash after buying a new phone and although I did not do it intentionally, I immediately emailed support to explain my situation and to apologize for the mistake and respectfully asked that they please reconsider their decision and to please reissue my reward because I desperately needed to get to treatment in San Francisco. I even sent them proof of my dire situation. I received an email back asking for me to delete my negative review on trust pilot first and then to email them back once I did. They didn't even say please. So I deleted my review and even left a more positive review because I was so thankful that they were actually going to be willing to help me out. Only to be disappointed once again. Because I never heard anything back from them. However even tho I never received my first reward I continued to try and earn money using the site and was delighted to be able to successfully cash out $1 for which I was paid immediately even though I still hadn't received the $35. After my $1 payout was successful I felt comfortable enough to continuing earning another $16. I requested a payout but once again never received it nor heard back from them. Needless to say I never made it to San Francisco because I wasn't able to come up with enough money for gas which is what I had intended on using the money for. If I had only known that this is what was going to happen I would have looked into coming up with the money another way. But I foolishly believed that these people were actually willing to help me out. I mean how can you email me asking me to delete my negative review and then give me the false sense of hope that you actually cared, only to throw a dollar at me as if I'm some beggar on a street corner and then not pay me all over again? All while continuing to ignore my desperate pleas for help? You were more worried about what the public might think of you? Really?!? Now I have to wait until July to see the oncologist which is a long time to go around with a cancerous tumor growing in your brain. All because of a simple mistake. Now because of the false sense of hope you gave me I'm out of time and have missed my opportunity to begin fighting this disease. That's just not right and frankly down right cruel. My chances of getting a jump start on beating this disease has been destroyed thanks to you and $1 is not going to help change that for me.
