Smallppt are setting customers up in [removed by editor]ears to be a fraudulent scheme. I purchased the service for a year. I did not receive any email on how to access my account. When I tried to access the account that I had paid for using the
website , I was asked if I wanted the one year service which I had already paid for. Of course I said yes and was recharged the same amount of the yearly subscription using the same credit card information through PayPal that I HD provided the day before without asking for any credit card information again or the CCV number. They have no phone number to contact them and I had to call PayPal to place a complaint which PayPal denied since smallppt provided two different transactions on separate dates, As of today I have paid twice for the same service and I have not been reimbursed for paying twice. PayPal is washing their hands when it is evident that I have payed for two subscriptions for the same service. Only way to communicate with them is via email . I requested they cancel my subscription with a refund of my double payment and nothing yet. This all happened between Aug 29 and 30 2024 when I immediately notified Smallppt of the double charge. Today I received denial of my claim from PayPal . So twice the payment for sane service and no refund. Good luck with these kind of business practices.
