Reportar uso incorreto de revisões

I've subscribed to their Legend Package (12 months + 3 Months), however the following issues occured:
- Service expired EVERY month which is NOT supposed to expire and took a lot of effort to get the service back again.
- Keep loosing channels and
VERY hard to get support and fix.<br />
- For the last few weekends (3), my live TV is NOT available! Contacted support without any success. Service back on the next Monday.<br />
- Support service VERY POOR, expect a VERY LONG delay before someone response and resolve any issues.<br />
- Good HD quality, no/rare buffering, ... When the service is available with all the channels, I CANNOT COMPLAIN!!!<br />
