Ordered an LED cap product, but it stopped working after a month. Contacted customer service. They asked for multiple videos (which I quickly supplied) demonstrating that the product was non-functional.
Finally, after much arguing and telling
them I was prepared to reverse the charge on my card, they admitted it was defective and said they'd send me a new one.<br />

The first tracking number they sent me didn't connect to anything. I asked for a functional number, but ten days later it's still showing that the package hasn't been received by UPS for delivery.<br />

Do not send your money to this company. You'll get junk and they won't stand behind it.
