I wish there was an option for less than 1 star!
This has been the WORST experience ever. The communication is absolutely NON-EXISTENT, and all they keep saying is they’re "waiting for a reply from the airlines." I’ve wasted over 45 minutes
with NO resolution whatsoever!<br />

I booked a ticket with specific flight times and a 1-hour layover. Imagine my shock when I received my ticket with a different timing and a layover extended to over 5 hours! And now, they want ME to pay for their MISTAKE if I need to change or cancel the flight.<br />

If I don’t get a FULL REFUND or have my ticket properly changed, I will take legal action and make sure everyone hears about this fiasco on social media!
