BUYER BEWARE
I haven't even had a chance to try this item as I have not received it yet but I am already having a negative view of this company!
When I made my selection of the one plug in with 2 refills to try the item out to see if it worked
for my dogs, multiple times the console continued to ask me to add more to my order and each time I untoggled the add ons.<br />

HOWEVER when I got my email receipt it showed that I had added a 6 refill pack for an additional $40 some dollars which I had not! I generally don't order a ton of an item until I try it first, no matter how sweet they make the deal! No matter how big the discount if the item doesn't work, it is throwing money away!<br />

I utilized the email address on the website (which is their only form of contact by the way) to let them know what had occurred. I either wanted the additional 6 refills removed or to make it less of a hassle, I stated if they would throw in a second diffuser I would just keep the additional bottles. I sent this email the same day as the purchase and the item had not shipped yet. I got an automated email that I could expect a response within 24-72 hours HOWEVER I did not get a response for SIX DAYS and by that time the items had already shipped and they informed me that the item had already shipped and couldn't be cancelled. (No response to the request for an additional diffuser)<br />

I responded with an additional email that I did NOT order the additional 6 refills. And again asked if they could just send an additional diffuser and we could call it a day. The response was to give me a 30% discount on my order (That an unauthorized purchase of $37.47 was added to my authorized purchase of $34.00 PLUS SHIPPING THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE) and 20% off my next order! THEY CHARGED ME FOR 6 REFILLS I DIDN'T ORDER. I'm not interested in a 20% discount on more, just to likely have this happen again! They also reminded me about the 30 day money back guarantee and that I could return the items once received. Upon looking up their terms of service, their 30 day money back guarantee does NOT cover shipping!<br />

Refund policy states:<br />
Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our address in Texas. We recommend using a reliable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.<br />

In addition to the return shipping costs, there is a non-refundable $9 return restocking fee for the total order. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.<br />

So I would be responsible to pay the return shipping of an item I didn't order + pay them a $9 restocking fee! FOR AN ITEM I DID NOT ORDER! Which when all said and done, would likely cost me just about as much if I kept the item I didn't order.<br />

That doesn't sound at all like the 100% Money Back Guarantee No questions asked that is listed on their main page!<br />

All they had to do to correct this error was to send me an additional diffuser to utilize the additional refills and if it didn't work for me I would give to another pet owner to try.<br />

I ALSO checked my email and I although I purchased my item on March 11, I did not receive my receipt until March 12, for my initial order of $41.68 (that included $4.95 shipping when it was supposed to be FREE SHIPPING!) A minute later I got another email that said "Order Updated" with the additional item I did not order THE DAY BEFORE! This seems intentional! I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY CHANGES TO MY ORDER!<br />

If the quality of this product is anything like their customer service I don't hold out much hope. I am filing a dispute with Paypal as soon as I finish this rating!<br />

UPDATE I attempted to leave a review on the website console and it would not post! It said Thank You for your review and gave options to share it on Twitter and FB even though the review wasn't there. When sharing to FB it shows the first couple lines of my 1 star review, but when you click it, it does not go to the review console but the landing page of TherapetMD. When you select the button to share to Twitter, despite the fact that the website works perfectly fine when going directly to Twitter, the share yields an error message!<br />

It appears that this website is either set to decline negative reviews, or it is set to approval only so the business has the opportunity not to allow them to post which is what the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) defines as “Unfair and Deceptive Acts or Practices That Impede Consumer Reviews.” and is against the Consumer Financial Protection Act."<br />
