Worst service ever just trying to figure out what's happening with my 565 $ order... NO ONE picks up nor reply to [removed by editor] messages in 10 DAYS !?! Same for chat even more frustrating because it should be live chat, when in fact it's not,
calling customer service and requesting to speak to a supervisor it's not an option so you're stock speaking (spanish only) to a customer rep whom cannot help you I mean really cannot help you so they compensate telling you they understand you and go on asking you the same questions in 3 different ways (even more frustrating) for lack of answers... Web page is a total false representation THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A 5 to 10 DAYS DELIVERY EN LA HABANA we're talking weeks and weeks.... There is NO MENTION whatsoever on the web page nor on the order confirmation email that the 5 to 10 days stars counting once they manage the ship your order to Cuba... So, my so-called express order (5 to 10 days delivery) from Amazon will end up taking weeks and weeks before reaching my family in Cuba whom in the end are the ones who really need it.... Por fin... Otro invento ! Primera y última vez ! Jamás ! And I'll make sure to share my experience with everyone I know with family in Cuba. They need to review their entire customer service, it's an urgent must!
