As the title suggests, it isn't/wasn't the most pleasant experience. Support takes ages before they get back to you, and if you try and return their subpar products, they will haggle with you relentlessly offering only a percentage of what you spent
and even have the gall to say "You know we have also suffered a lot from this bla bla bla" trying to make it sound like it's the customer's fault that their product didn't suit/fit them. Stay as far away as possible from them. You've been warned.
