I attempted to cancel an item becasue I accidentally added it to my cart. I emailed RockMerch immediately to cancel the item. Over a week later, they responded that the item was shipped and they don't accept returns. I pulled up their return police
but they refused to accept the item even though it was still in the shipping box which I never opened. <br />
"Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority, and while returns and exchanges are accepted, we do have the following requirements: Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. All clothing and merchandise must not have been worn, washed, or damaged to be eligible for store credit. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange any items.
