ORDER:OT826A. I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with n.exchange's customer service. About two weeks ago, I initiated a swap for 1BTC on Exodus. Two hours after starting the swap, I received a notification that my transaction had been
flagged, and I needed to contact customer support at n.exchange.<br />

Upon reaching out, I was informed that my transaction was flagged due to suspicious activity, and I would need to undergo KYC. Although I had no issue complying, being on the other side of the world without all the necessary paperwork became a challenge. I submitted my passport, utility bill, proof of funds, and contact information for the individuals who sent me the BTC for a watch I sold.<br />

For the past two weeks, I've received absolutely no updates, just copy-paste responses, driving me to the brink of frustration given the significant portion of my savings involved. It's worth noting that this ordeal occurred during Christmas and New Year's, forcing me to halt present purchases for my family and loved ones. I've been confined to my house, dealing with shame and depression.<br />

Despite daily messages to n.exchange, I've yet to receive any positive feedback or an update on when my funds will be released. This customer service experience has been truly shameful.
