I ordered a product that looked completely different on their website than it did when it arrived. Why are they selling products they don’t actually have? When I wrote inquiring about a refund, I got a message back stating that they don't give
refunds unless the product is defective. There policy states that “the basic premise of a refund will be that the product is defective and not as per the product description mentioned on the website's product page”. This company doesn’t have the right to edit a product photo and completely lie about the product and then refuse to give a refund. As far as I’m concerned they are scammers and I will be reporting them.
