Hello all, my name is Chris Lombardi, I'm the owner of the company. Unfortunately this site doesn't let you respond to reviews, so I wanted to clarify the 2 bad reviews on this page, both of which are by the same person (idk how that is allowed),
and both of which are really the only 2 bad reviews you'll find on our company, reason being is because those who ever do leave us, always leave on good terms because we provide great customer service.<br />

Both reviews left by Alexey we're based on a misunderstanding. We offer a 14 day trial - we work for free and client pays the advertising spend.<br />

Advertising spend is the money we use to run ads on a clients behalf<br />

Alexey was under the impression that after the end of the 14 days, if he didn't continue, he would get a refund on his advertising spend.<br />
<br />
By refunding ad spend, it would mean that we not only worked for free for 14 days, but we also had to refund him the money that we had already spent on the ads. Meaning we were left in the hole, while the Client walks away with leads that we worked to get them.<br />
<br />
Any business owner would understand that this is not at all a reasonable way to acquire Clients, which is why we would never offer a refund on the advertising spend.<br />

Not one time during our conversations did we ever use the word "Refund" with Alexey, and anyone who has ever done a demo or a trial with our company would 100% vouch for that.<br />
<br />
Furthermore, Alexey & his brokerage work in multiple difficult markets throughout the US that he inquired about getting leads in, One of which if I'm recalling correctly was in Manhattan. Whenever we bring a client on board, we always make sure that it's in a market we can do well in, and Manhattan is a market we don't work in for that reason. <br />

If we were these "scammers" that just wanted to make a dollar, I think it's important to note that we had turned his business away 1-2 times. He continued to persist to want to do a demo with us, and eventually we settled on 1 of the multiple markets he works in, that just so happens to be 30 minutes from where I live. <br />

We've gone back and forth over email since these reviews were posted and even he has agreed that we aren't scammers and it was a misunderstanding, so we've ended on just fine terms.<br />

As of recently I reached out asking that he removes his 2 reviews, and we're still waiting on that. <br />
<br />
If you're someone who is considering using our company, and you see his 2 reviews, seriously, please ask us about it. I'll be more then happy to provide all email and text proof showing our conversations back and forth to back up everything I'm saying.
