False, Misleading, Deceptive and Unconscionable Advertising....
It has been 3 weeks since I purchased a head unit from Euro Active Retrofits. When purchasing, it said 5 - 10 days express shipping. It is now day 21 days, which is more than twice the time advertised and still counting!!<br />

I followed up 2 weeks ago and got the below message:<br />

"We will do our very best to get this out to you as quickly as possible! At the moment we are dealing with a large volume of orders and working hard on fulfilling them all accordingly. At present I can see your order is in the final stages of quality assurance and should be packaged and shipped by the end of this week if all remains on track!"<br />

That was 2 weeks ago! Since then, I have called, sent multiple emails and messages asking about the status of my order and tracking number with NO REPLY whatsoever... Had I known they would take this long and void replying, I would have bought the head unit elsewhere, as I needed a head unit urgently because my current unit screen has stopped working...<br />

Every company faces logistical delays from time to time, but not having the courtesy to reply to numerous follow-ups or provide an update to consumers, when you have already failed to uphold your claims of delivery time is unacceptable. Huge service failure with no service [removed by editor]y! Failed to uphold consumer guarantees and adhere to ACL.<br />
<br />
They should change the delivery time on their website if they know they cannot fulfill the claim, as that was the sole reason I bought it from them. These practices are unconscionable!<br />
<br />
I just needed my tracking number, an update or even just a simple reply.
