I ordered three bottles of in stock whiskey. They claim to ship in 3–5 days, so when day 9 or 10 rolled around and I hadn't seen shipping I reached out via email. No response. I followed up a few days later via Instagram, email, and Facebook. I
got a response to my email, with a simple sorry, but no explanation. I then got a shipping confirmation, but here we are 8 days after that confirmation and the bottles haven't shipped.<br />

So to summarize: ordered Nov 17, today is Dec 6 (today is the 14TH business day) and nothing has shipped and the company isn't responding to my messages. <br />
<br />
So instead of being honest and earning a customer they have lost one. And not only have they lost one, they have lost one that will make sure that others know that this business is far from legit. Perhaps if they make good on this order I'll update this review, but I suspect I'll be having to follow-up with my credit card company.
