I regret to say that my recent shopping experience with this company has been less than satisfactory. I encountered several issues that have left me quite disappointed.
First and foremost, the customer service provided was truly subpar. Their
response time to emails was painfully slow, which made it challenging to address my concerns promptly.<br />

Furthermore, when the product finally arrived, it was not only of a different style than what I had ordered but also in a faulty condition. This led to immense frustration and inconvenience.<br />

To compound matters, the bike I ordered arrived with no instructions on how to assemble it. This lack of guidance made the process unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.<br />

Perhaps the most concerning aspect of this experience was the company's unwillingness to cooperate. It often felt like they were actively working against me, rather than trying to resolve the issues amicably.<br />

Additionally, it became evident that there was a significant problem with their warehouse operations, as packages seemed to go missing frequently. This added further delays and complications to an already frustrating situation.<br />

Perhaps the most disheartening part of this entire ordeal was their reluctance to accept responsibility for their mistakes. Instead of working towards an amicable solution, they appeared to be eager to escalate the situation towards legal action.<br />
<br />
Ultimately, it took a staggering five months to resolve the problems stemming from my initial online order. Suffice it to say, I will not be considering this company for any future purchases. This has undeniably been the worst shopping experience I've ever had.
