Hello, The first time I tried to make a withdrawal they told me I have to pay taxes on Capital Gains. 23%. .They gave me a week before they gave me a message stating that my time to pay taxes was about to expire before they "freeze" my account. By this time they only gave me like one day in advance. I was on vacation at the time that I got the message. I messaged back and asked how much time I have and they already told me it was too late that my account was already "frozen" and to just pay the tax to get it "unfrozen". I was already a little disturbed and pissed off by this time. Until at the time when things were tight financially and I had to borrow some money to pay the tax. By the time I paid the tax I was a little short because of third-party fees. Until I made up the difference with another transaction. And then they told me to prove the transaction with a screenshot. And so I did, only to find out that I get a message to the next morning saying we're sorry but you must pay more than the amount in a one-time transfer. By this time I was quite furious and disenchanted to say the least. I told them if they're not going to accept the payment then at least give me the money back so that I can try and obey their OCD policy and/or rule. It took them 5 hours to respond. By that time I was messaging them exclaiming "excuse me, it is an utmost importance for you to tell me what is the fate of the money I sent you". . If you're not going to accept the payment for taxes then at least give me the money back. 5 to 6 hours later they give me a message saying we put the money back into your account, which was "frozen". .no wonder why they have horrible reviews and extremely low Trust. They exact the 100% identity of their users, only to hide their own identity. This is quite cowardly in my opinion, but probably in their best interest to avoid getting pulled out of their boiler room and getting savagely beaten and/or lynched. They are horrible problem solvers and they only create problems for their users. Extremely unreasonable not to mention that their so-called customer service is extremely slow in my opinion. I really don't think they will last long with this type of abuse and treatment to their users/investors. I would give them a very low score that they already have and deserve.
