DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I requested my royalties payment back in December. They set an estimated date of middle March. It's now April and Im still waiting so I emailed them a week and a half ago about it. So today I signed up for their "premium" service where you get better customer service and can talk to someone "Live" I got in queue around 330 and it said I was 2nd...I eventually moved to one after about 30 mins. Their customer service ends at 5pm so they basically left me in the queue until they closed and never replied to me. This is absolutely ridiculous and I really dont know how this is still a company with the worst customer service i've ever experienced.
