Had a negative experience trying to buy Diablo II artifacts recently. Paid for the item with PayPal and got confirmation on the web-page of the delivery to my email. Found no traces of the incoming message in the mail. Wrote to the sender asking to re-send the file. Mail delivery failed. Wrote to the seller via the chatbot about the problem and asked for the refund. Got no reply and was switched off the chat.
