I ordered a pair of safety prescription glasses from SafetyGear Pro on 05/04/22 for nearly $400. I thought I had been scammed because it took a really long time and I could not get any response on the status from customer service. I received the
glasses a month later, but still no response from my emails, phone calls, or messages left on their messaging system..they just showed up one day. I was unable to see out of the glasses, the prescription was way off. They tried to blame it on the prescription, but I had a regular pair of glasses (non-safety) made from the same prescription and I can see out of them just fine. They said to send them back to the lab and if they found anything wrong they would remake them, this was 06/24/22. I asked for an update a month after I sent the glasses back and was ignored several times. Finally, I received the replacement glasses on 08/08/22, and I believe they are the same glasses as before, I still cannot see out of them. I have sent 4 messages to alert them that they are still not right, I have not received a response from any of my messages and today is 09/08/22 (one month later). I guess I am out $400. Learn from my loss and Stay clear of this company!
