Wish I could give stars! They ate all my money for nothing.
I will write whole experience one by one. Please read carefully before buying anything from them. They are fraud.
I paid an invoice for €7.38 on 20th January, 2022. The payment was
made from my credit card but there system said the payment was not received so I did not get anything.<br />
But, for Ryzen VPS (seriously guys do not fall for it) their prices are too awesome. I gave it another try and created another invoice for €7.38 same day. Their system said the payment was not received and I did not get anything. I was damn sure that support will help me if I create a support but please keep reading.<br />

Then I added funds into account on their websites and made an invoice for €10.45. This time the system said that the money was received and so the invoice paid. Finally I could make another invoice for €6.99 and apply deduction from the funds.<br />

I created a support ticket and they said I did not provide full information and they asked me for invoice numbers. Can you believe it? Like they did not have my invoice numbers and they could not check themselves. After argument on ticket which they reply in 24 hours, I got only one VPS from the one for which their system said that the money was not received. They said that for other VPS money was refunded and I never got it on my card.<br />

On 2nd February, 2022 I added €51.25 to my funds on their website and their system said that it was received. I ordered another VPS for €36.99 and applied the funds credit. But, I did not get any VPS, and when I opened a ticket, I got reply the other day that the invoice was not paid as they could not see payment on Stripe.<br />

Luckily their system showed some senses because 9 minutes before the ticket reply, I got the VPS information already. But again, I was disappointed to see the VPS speed. It was not Ryzen. They are just labelling the CPUs. When I did tests, the CPU did steal 80% all the time while their plan promised me 16 vCores. It is a total piece of crap.<br />

Now, what made me write this review today on 5th February, 2022 is that when I woke up I got emails that 2 invoices have been created for the 2 VPS which I bought on 20th January, 2022. Wait what? Is a month is equal to 15 days only in their system? And, they have happily eaten all the remaining funds on my account. Now I have around €2.5 remaining on their account and I got only "waste of time and money" for around €7.38+€7.38+€10.45+€51.25.<br />

If they were in India I would have sued them in court, trust me. Stay away from them. The support staff crazy, really crazy like they are doing business on Earth and they are operating from Mars as they do not have access to their billing system and cannot check and fix the things. Go for it and you will regret it.<br />
