I ordered a sweat shirt and sweat pants from Kidsyard Greenland. They shipped promptly and when asking a question, they replied quickly. The items received were great and looked exactly as pictured.

My advice to everyone is to read the fine print. The insurance says it is a guarantee for flight cancellations. But it comes with 62 pages of fine print. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, it is not covered! The price freeze is listed as shopping on your credit card and even if you use it, it is nonrefundable. I think it is fine for it to be nonrefundable if you don't use it or allow it to expire. But it went towards paying for my ticket and then the airline cancelled my flight and Hopper kept the price freeze part of the cost of the flight. And they will not help you book another flight. Hopper says if your trip has been impacted by a cancellation, they will reach out to you to offer you the best possible refund or rebooking options. They didn't reach out to me, I had to contact them. You cannot contact them by phone. You cannot contact them at [removed by editor] but the email they send says feel free to contact us or message us with further questions (see attachment) Then once the partial refund is processed, the conversation is closed and they block you. Reviews on Sitejabber the last 12 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br />

If my trip would not have been cancelled by the airline, this most likely would have been a 4 or 5 star review. You only find out how awful they are when something goes wrong. Then they reply to your review about how sorry they are. They say they are sorry, but they really are not.
