Torstein: As you know, five years ago we prepared for you a chargeback request that you submitted to your bank. Before onboarding you as a client, of course, we provided you with a free consultation and determined that your case indeed met all the chargeback guidelines established by the credit card network. Your request to raise a dispute with the merchant should have been granted, but the bank ignored the guidelines and rejected it instead. So we prepared an appeal to the relevant regulator, which can only reply directly to the consumer. We have no power of attorney to act as your representative in following up with the regulator. That was your responsibility.
