This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever used. If you can get them to deliver the product on time AND include what you ordered, they are ok. That was not my experience. I completed the online form but made a call to the 800 number to
confirm the badge size. The sales associate was nice and offered to submit my order via phone to ensure the right badge size would be placed. Ordering by phone increased the cost by $75 dollars which I was not happy about but agreed to just to be done. I said that I could go back to the online form and save money and he said, well you may not get the right item, then. The rep called back after I paid almost $700 to say the "quote was wrong" and argued that we owed an additional $200. I told him it was not a quote, but a purchase that had already increased from the original price. He was aggressive and insisted I owed more and spoke over me so I told him to cancel and refund everything. He put me on hold for a long time, came back and said his supervisor agreed to let us have our order at the discounted price and tried to make it seem as though they were doing us a favor. <br />
The order arrived and part of the order was incorrect. The event for which I needed the badges had to be purchased from another vendor. Custom Lanyard ignored my calls and emails about addressing the wrongly shipped item. The one time I got through, the rep accused me of ordering the wrong item. I told him the invoice has a picture of what I ordered and offered to send a picture of what arrived. He was rude and tried to put the error on me. He told me to file an online claim, which I did. They never updated the status or replied to further inquiries so I involved my credit card company. Only AFTER my bank became involved did they contact me to "resolve amicably." Awful customer service, bait and switch on prices, aggressive reps who talk over you to try and make their case. Don't use this company.
