Complete scam. I tried to sign in for free and it cost me 1,35 USD and it didn't even sign me in. It just reloaded the page so I have to click on continue again for another 1,35 USD to be debited.

I have signed in "no-charges" and immediately after pressing continue, I have been debited $1,35 USD. Not much but it didn't even give me access to the pdf I needed.
