I placed an order two weeks ago, and the tracking information provided has been completely useless. It was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days, but here we are, and still no delivery. When I contacted customer service, they said I should wait 21 days! What kind of joke is this? It seems like I’m not alone either—many others are complaining about the same issue.<br />

Why are companies like this allowed to operate without any accountability? There needs to be regulation in place to prevent this kind of fraud. I’m extremely frustrated and will not be ordering again.
