Despite the “fair” score the company has, their “customer support” is questionable and honestly, so is the legitimacy of this company. I opened my account to receive transfers from other countries, and now I have a $3000 payment that I received from a job and apparently I cannot touch my own money without paying a $150 fee for “security purposes”. They have my ID, my address, email, and even my wife’s information, and yet the “agent” in the support line (to which there is only the online chat for, no phone number) kept repeating themselves and telling me that “I shouldn’t worry because I am on the safe side of this transaction”, refused to tell me their name, kept sending me “?¿” when I expressed my concerns, and insisted to only let them know when I was ready to purchase the security code. Also, even though they have access to my money, they cannot take this deposit from it, apparently. All in all, it looks and sounds like the biggest scam, do not trust them with your finances or your personal information.
