I purchased my Coursera plus subscription on May 24, and it worked fine for a month before it was suspended. When I contacted Subsmart, they told me there was an issue with the vendor and asked me to wait a few days. After that, they stopped responding to my emails altogether. It's a complete scam. I can't even find an option to leave feedback on their website, despite seeing hundreds of positive reviews posted there.
