I had an issue with my crypto wallet. I transferred $500 to what I thought was the wallet I had set up and transferred to before. Turned out someone had gone into my acct and changed all my wallet addresses. When I brought it to their attention, their solution was to shut down my acct and confiscate all remaining funds($700). When I contacted customer support. They shuffled me around and gave be excuses as to why they couldn't restore my acct. Finally they said they had finished their investigation( 2 months later). Then I got the run around about restoring my acct and refunding my $. I was told around the 6th of this month they would restore my acct and place an additional 500k into it for my troubles, but I couldn't contact them til the beginning of the next month. September. Was told if I did I would get nothing. So I have waited,I will update this on the first.
