Unwanted spam from them
I started to receiving spam from them. I didn't even know about that site but I am "subscribed". If someone added me to their "newsletter" why the site doesn't verify whether it was me with the confirmation link? Untrusty spammer company

Edg.io support does not exist
I sent them ticket to support month ago - no reply despite "auto-responser". I sent them reminder 2 weeks ago and again got auto-reply that my ticket is received. Still no answer, but problem exists. Horrible company.
