This site is either designed and ran by extremely inexperienced people or it's made so poorly by intention. The labels on the tabs are very oddly named not very intuitive at all. The only place I can find with a contact us is a so-called 24-hour
live chat that's neither 24 hours nor live, and is manned by people who either don't know what they're talking about or intentionally don't answer your direct questions. One of the worst things you need to be very aware of though is a limit on the amount of funds you can use to do Trading. At a certain amount they put a cap and you have to fill out an advanced verification form but they don't tell you about that until you've already deposited the money and you try and get it back. Then they have this very poorly designed form that doesn't work very well and it wants information that doesn't make any sense for a form of this type. The only good thing I can say about their customer support is they do continue to respond it usually takes them a day to get back to you but they respond just not always with the answer you asked for. There seems to be no system that logs your customer service interactions so that the next agent knows what was going on and what your conversation was with the last agent. With the exception of one or two people I heard from most of them seem like they don't know what they're doing. They continue to respond and communicate with you and I have found no malware or anything like that so far so whether it's a scam or not, the jury is still out, but they are certainly a very poorly designed and inexperienced site I wouldn't recommend them at all. I will update this review if I find out otherwise
