Was happy to buy from them until a warranty issue with a willing to make a reimbursement from baby-markt.
I informed them that the CC was no longer available to make a IBAN transfer. They said in that case they needed to mandate Klarna. (Baby-markt responsibility).<br />

They gave to Klarna the CC card number that was not available, and Klarna made the reimbursement on that card.<br />
After 4 months multiple calls/chats/ 20emails. Baby-Markt says is not their responsibility but Klarna. Klarna don't care since they received the CC number from BabyMarkt.<br />

So be advised if Babymarkt mandates some third party company's (that you did asked for) Then they will say that is not their problem anymore, and you stay without the item (sent back to warranty) and the money. So they really don't care and that is how you loose 400chf and multiple days/hours with support services that are F....D.....<br />
