Their customer service is below 0- I have placed an order on 19.06.24 with expected delivery date by 22.06. Since I didn't receive my order I have written to the customer service e-mail asking about an update. Since I had no answer, again I wrote on 25.06 and again on 26.06. Today, 27.06 I have been contacted by mail and they have quoted an email that you was sent to me on 19.06.24 that never reached me that they will cancel the order if I don't reply with some details in 3 days. In the mean time they are not replying to that e-mail they claim they have sent, neither attaching it as evidence. It is obvious that such e-mail was never sent and only today the amount blocked with the credit card transaction was released, meaning that my order was cancelled today after my various attempts of reaching them and asking for update. This is totally unacceptable and very frustrating, whether they didn't have the item in stock or they have double sold it as despite my order was cancelled the item I bought never re-appeared on their website, it just feels like a scam...
