This company is terrible and will cease communication when they don’t get their way.
I originally ordered a paid of OC shoes from the online store. I then received an email stating that the shoes I had ordered weren’t in stock however I could
choose from a selection of other colours. (Photos of the shoes were attached with no description or name of the colours). I saw what looked to be a black pair and replied asking to have the “all black ones”. I received no response and after a week or so received the shoes, however they were Blue!<br />

When I emailed Eva (customer support) to ask for a refund as they were not what I had ordered I was told I would have to pay for shipping and any customs fees back to their warehouse in Indonesia (a significant proportion of my original purchase price). It should be noted that in the email they implied I should deceive the customs process by not stating the true value of the item, as their warehouse would not pay for the high customs charges. This as far as I’m aware is illegal…<br />

Due to the fact the colour of the item was never described properly or at least corrected after I had asked specifically for the “all black” shoes, I challenged them and asked them to cover postage and any customs fees that arise as a result of the legitimate return attempt.<br />

I have since received no response from Eva or any other customer service representative. If this continues I will end up taking them to court to recoup the cost of the item and the shipping/customs fees as a result of my attempt to legitimately return the item.<br />

As with other negative reviews I’m sure they will try to challenge this but listen to me and others; do not buy from this shop!
