Refuses to deal with order/delivery issues once payment is collected
They shipped merchandise I paid for. It was misdelivered/lost. You call them and as soon as you mention there is an issue with delivery they start repeating "your breaking up" "I can't understand you" then they disconnect ... but the entire time
