This company is a scam. I got scammed $700
I stumbled upon them on Aliexpress (here https://patent2product.trustpass.alibaba[removed by editor]/) when I was in search of Gift cards to buy on wholesale rates to start a little reselling business.
I
sent a message to them asking what the MOQ (minimum order) was for a 100 USDT Binance gift card I was interested in. The price says 1 costs $70 and minimun order is 10. <br />

Which means by paying 700 USD, I will be sent the 10 gift cards. <br />
<br />
After making payment of 700 USDT ($700), the rep named "Pooh Adov" messaged me and confirmed the payment and said "I will get back to you next 10- minutes. I’m arranging your order"<br />
<br />
The purpose of buying this gift card is for me to start a gift card reselling business. So I was anxious and patiently waiting. <br />
<br />
I waited for more than 10minutes and he sent me a message saying "Your order have been prepared but the little problem right now is that. ceo refuse to approve the sending the card said the new moq is 20 cards which means you need to pay for 10 more cards and total 20 cards will be send to your email immediately" <br />
<br />
The alarm bells started ringing. It sounds like a scam and smells like a scam. <br />
<br />
The product listing said the MOQ was 10. And after I have paid, now I am being told I need to buy 10 more for the order to be processed. <br />
<br />
They know that payments made via Crypto is pratically gone and the way to get more money is to say MOQ is now 10, so I can send an extra $700. I am very sure if I had paid for 20, they would have said the exact same thing. <br />

He kept saying "let me speak to the ceo" and see what we can do. <br />
<br />
After an hour, came back to me saying the ceo has agreed that MOQ will be 15, which means I need to buy 5 more. ($350) <br />
<br />
When you are scammed, you are at your lowest and just like a gambler - you might want to go further into the rabbit hole just to "save" yourself but I stopped myself from this. I told him - we agreed, I paid and now this. Please fufil the order or issue a refund. <br />
<br />
Deep down I started accepting I have been scammed and there is no way I would dig myself further into paying more and I knew there is no chance on earth I would be getting a refund. <br />
<br />
He said "okay, we will issue refund, it takes 7 working days to process" <br />
<br />
Bunch of lies because when I sent 700 USDT, it took minutes, all of a sudden sending me back the money for an order you can't fufil will take you 7 working days. <br />
<br />
Funny thing within few minutes, they renamed most of their profits "Binance Gift Cards" at different prices because I believe say how easy I fell for the scam and believe others will to. <br />
<br />
To cut the long story short, here are my take away from this scam. by Patent 2 Product Co.,Ltd. <br />
<br />
1. ALL Gift cards on Alibaba are scams. It's sad Alibaba is letting this still go on on their platform. <br />
<br />
Before buying (and trusting them), I checked their profile/store and it shows they had "Alibaba GoldStar" and according to Alibaba, "Gold Supplier is a paid membership on Alibaba[removed by editor]. All Gold Suppliers in China must pass our Onsite Check while those from other countries and regions must pass our A&V Check"<br />

Seeing that thy have passed a check by Alibaba gave me a little bit of confidence and trust. But I guess Alibaba just takes money from people and give them checkmarks or trust badge? <br />
<br />
2. Unlike Aliexpress, Alibaba sellers tend to ask for direct payments due to the nature of wholesale/bulk products, my advice is - do not pay via any direct means in which you cannot get a refund. <br />
<br />
3. The company "Patent 2 Product Co.,Ltd" patent2product[removed by editor] is a scam and the person named "Michael Hayden" and "Pooh Adov" who are connected to the business are scams. I have been scammed of $700<br />
<br />
All their products on Alibaba are all scams, they do not sell anything. It is all a scam. <br />
<br />
4. Stay away from GIFT CARDS on alibaba. They are all scams.<br />
<br />
The phone number ([removed by editor]) connected to this business and scam is + 1 415 745 7956. The business is a scam and the purpose of me writing this is because before buying - I normally do some google search and research but nothing showed up about them, this gave me a level of confidence and trust, so I hope if anyone is about to buy ANYTHING from them and they do some google search - they can read my experience and be saved from the scam. <br />

Scams hurt but money comes and go, so I will be fine.
