They said I could purchase with PayPal quickly and instantly, but after I purchased, they didn't give me my product and barely answered my questions. They gave me a warning before that if my payment gets delayed, the delivery of the product may take
around 24-48 hours. I waited 96 hours after I paid and didn't receive anything. The payment went through instantly without any error, but their PayPal account got restricted shortly after. They didn't give me my product just because they couldn't withdraw their money from PayPal. Why is THEIR PayPal account MY problem? I wouldn't have been able to chargeback anyway because they told me to send the money through PayPal Friends & Family (which I think violates PayPal's policy, though) (this way they don't have to pay fees and the customer can't chargeback). After I sent them the money, they told me that even if everything goes wrong, the delivery takes 96 hours maximum. When we passed the 96-hour mark, I had to remind them about it myself; they didn't even care about their own rules. Instead of finally delivering the product, they refunded my money. I wanted to buy the product as a birthday gift for my friend (two days before his birthday), but I couldn't give him the gift I wanted because of this. I was called annoying and inpatient all the time, and the staff didn't even apologize once, except for the owner, who pretended to care so much about the case and promised me that they would fix all the misleading promises on their Discord server, like "PayPal quick & instant delivery" and the fact that they tell everyone with a sample text that the delivery is only going to take more than 24 hours if THE PAYMENT gets delayed, not if their account is being restricted. The owner didn't do anything. They still operate in the same manner. When they didn't answer the tickets for a whole day (even though they were online), I started complaining in the #open-support channel, and it turned out that other people were misled the same way I was. One guy had to wait six days for the delivery, even though he was told that it was "quick and instant." The worst thing is that they deleted our public complaints from that channel instead of solving our problem. What kind of service is this where the customers' complaints get swept under the rug and censored instead of solved? Absolutely horrendous service, DO NOT BUY from these people.
