Well, here is an update on how this pseudo-company operates:
1. On March 13, 2024 I receive the mail where I am informed that my account has been suspended while being investigated accusing me of "Smurfing" and I am informed that it is strike 1 of
3. However, they do not provide evidence and do not accept appeals (similar to a dictatorship).<br />

2. On March 14, 2024 I answer the mail telling them that it does not make sense as they are designed Trophy Grind tournaments of brawl stars because when you reach a certain number of cups you can not play more because it does not find you games or you play only with professional players with teams conformed. That's why Power League tournaments were better.<br />

3. On March 15, 2024 my review is published in TrustPilot exploiting the fraudulent way in which this company acts garbage.<br />

4. On March 16, 2024 they sent me another email informing me that "After a review, my account was no longer suspended".<br />
<br />
5. I take the decision not to play any more Trophy Grind tournaments of brawl stars and wait if someday they put back Power League tournaments, then, I do not sign up for any other tournament of the platform.<br />

6. On March 17, 2024 two things happen: first I receive two emails. One where I am invited to connect my "First game" with the account. The second email informs me that my account has been permanently suspended (without having played more tournaments) for MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS (I only have one and they do not provide evidence of their accusations again) and for BAN EVASION (the truth I do not know what it means because while I'm banned I can not play and after the unban I did not continue playing tournaments). I am told that strike 3 of 3 applies to me (There was not even a strike 2 if you check my history) and in addition that same day they answer my review in trustpilot (Apparently they banned me because they did not like my review in trust pilot).<br />

Conclusion: Don't waste your time with this pseudo platform. The tournaments (at least those of brawl stars) are not well designed and are not to be played in a recurrent way because those that have to do with trophies (the only ones there are) you can only play a few times until you reach a number of cups that is impossible to exceed (That's why there are only trophy tournaments). If you are good they will invent excuses like the ones exposed here to not let you play.
