I placed an order and only received part of it my emails were ignored so I phoned them and was told someone would call me back I replied that they were customer services so exactly what service is this I’m being offered she went quiet then hung up
so I called and let the phone ring it kept being picked up and put down immediately so for about 25 minutes I did this eventually a man answered, I haven’t yet mentioned they were very hard to understand, as though they were from an Indian call centre. The man asked me to take a picture of what I received including the packaging which I retrieved from the bin and took pictures, he then began talking to his associates in their language and came back and said that the other package was lost in the mail and they’d send another, it did arrive but I noticed that many earlier orders had not arrived and had been stuck somewhere since 3rd December, this was 6 days ago so I told them only to receive screenshots that it was in transit, I told them I’d seen the same ones but when I called Royal Mail I was told it was reported lost on 12th December and gave them Royal Mail telephone number which they did not call so I left a review on trustpilot which I was astounded to see such a high positive rating so I scrolled down and noticed someone said ‘I’d the free 600 real as I placed an order and then a positive review straight after with my order number but haven’t received anything’ I then noticed almost all the positive reviews included their order number, I looked up a scam site and saw that this was a very common and dangerous tactic, the vape is of very poor quality but they get your credit card details making the page look legitimate and safe but it isn’t
