I purchased MyQuickMac Neo with the expectation that it would efficiently organize my files. However, the experience has been profoundly disappointing. The software, which initially seemed promising, quickly demonstrated significant flaws.
Firstly,
within a few weeks of use, the software persistently indicated that I hadn't purchased it, requiring me to repeatedly locate my proof of purchase. When operational, the file organization was haphazard and illogical. The program created random folders, indiscriminately grouping new images, videos, etc., making it nearly impossible to locate specific files. The organization lacked any discernible system or order.<br />

My interactions with Ambeteco's customer support were equally frustrating. I communicated the issues and requested a refund, but the responses were evasive and failed to address the core problem of the software's functionality. Technical Support Lead Stuart provided instructions, which unfortunately didn't lead to any improvement in the software's performance.<br />

Furthermore, the Ambeteco Legal Department responded to my refund request with accusations of false statements. They claimed extensive usage of the software and successful file organization on my part, which contradicts my actual experience with the product.<br />

In summary, I would advise potential customers to be cautious with MyQuickMac Neo. The software's organizational capabilities are inadequate, and the customer support fails to effectively address these shortcomings. My repeated requests for a refund have been met with resistance and a lack of understanding from the company.<br />

Conclusion: Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MyQuickMac Neo. The product and the support from Ambeteco have been deeply unsatisfactory.
