Terrible delivery service! Not a single parcel was delivered by a courier from this service. The first time I encountered this delivery (in September 2023) they simply lost my parcel (or stole it). At the same time, they noted that it was delivered,
but when I wrote to the support service, they replied that it was their mistake, they delivered it to the wrong place and did not fix anything further. The sender Shein wrote that it was noted that the package was delivered and they could not help. The second time the parcel was sent from Ebay, the courier wrote that he could not deliver because... no one was home, although that day I was at home all day, and the parcel was sent back. I contacted the seller and asked not to use this courier anymore. The seller sent by another courier and the parcel was delivered 2 days later without problems. Last week I ordered the grill to surprise my husband for his birthday. The parcel was supposed to arrive before 26.10 (this is my husband’s birthday). On 10/24 I received a message from Evri that the parcel was larger than they expected and I needed to wait for their decision on when and how the courier would deliver the parcel. On 10/25 in the evening I wrote to the sender that I didn’t understand what was wrong with the parcel. And I received an answer that the parcel was sent back because the courier could not figure out the address. I have a question for the owners of Evri, did you open a delivery company to mock people? Or are you just scammers? P.S. All delivery companies never have problems delivering packages to me, problems with the address or with me not being at home. I strongly recommend not to use Evri services!
