My recent experience with Freeman[removed by editor] has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a high-value coffee machine with the expectation that it would be delivered within two days. However, the reality of the situation was a complete
letdown.<br />

After waiting for three days, it became apparent that my order hadn't even been processed. Frustrated and disappointed, I decided to look elsewhere and found the same coffee machine available at a more affordable price. I promptly placed a new order and received it just two days later from a different vendor.<br />

At this point, I thought I could cancel my order with Freeman[removed by editor], which still hadn't seen any progress after three days. To my surprise, I was informed that the order had not been processed because they claimed not to have received payment.<br />

Ten days after the initial order was placed, I received the coffee machine. To add to the already frustrating situation, the payment had been taken from my account despite my cancellation request.<br />
<br />
Attempting to return the coffee machine has been an ordeal in itself. It has now been over three weeks, and Freeman[removed by editor] seems incapable of processing the return. As a result, I'm left with no other option but to involve my credit card company to secure a refund.<br />
<br />
This experience is entirely unacceptable and has left me deeply dissatisfied with Freeman[removed by editor]'s services. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from them is twofold: Firstly, avoid buying from these people at all costs. Secondly, if, for some reason, you must order from them, use a credit card (not a debit card) to protect yourself, as their refund and return process is nothing short of a nightmare.
