To resolve this matter, I had to turn to the Better Business Bureau to get a response from Henry Meds, and since then, I've received a credit. However, the entire process was tedious and time-consuming, and I almost ran out of my necessary medication.<br />
This experience led me to explore other options, and I ultimately switched to ReflexMD. Unlike Henry Meds, ReflexMD provided a smoother and more efficient experience. They promptly conducted a brief conversation, arranged the necessary blood tests, and delivered my medication as described.<br />
While ReflexMD may have a few mixed reviews, they indeed appear to be a more credible and reliable choice compared to Henry Meds. It's disheartening that an organization might prioritize cash flow over serving its clients, leading to significant delays in providing essential healthcare services. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend exploring alternatives. If possible, consult your doctor or medical network for a more reliable source of medication. My medication from ReflexMD arrived promptly, while my ordeal with Henry Meds lasted for a frustrating five weeks.<br />
